The pushed leg is voided and the parlay drops to one fewer leg, recalculated at the remaining legs' odds. Your stake stays in action—nothing is refunded automatically unless you have a separate parlay-insurance promo active.

Why did my parlay lose when only one team lost?

Because all legs must win. A single losing leg voids the whole ticket. No partial credit, no consolation payout—unless a parlay insurance promo was specifically applied to that ticket.
